Installation is included in the price. Nothing is bolted on visibly and no warranty is affected: the device is concealed and wired by an engineer who fits these every day.

Will this satisfy my insurer?
If your policy specifies a Thatcham category S5 device, the S5 meets it. We issue an insurance-approval certificate after fitting, which is what your insurer will ask to see. If you are not sure what your policy requires, call us with the policy in front of you and we will read it with you.
What happens if I lose a driver tag?
Call us and we will deactivate the missing tag so it cannot be used, then send a replacement. Two tags come as standard, so you are not stranded in the meantime.
Does fitting affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Our engineers fit to the vehicle's existing wiring without cutting into the loom, which is why installation is included rather than left to a third party.
Can I move it to my next car?
Yes. The tracker can be removed and refitted, and your subscription transfers with it. There is a fitting charge for the new vehicle.
What if the thief blocks the signal?
Jamming and signal loss are themselves treated as alerts. The operating centre sees the interruption and begins the same verification call, rather than assuming the vehicle is fine.
