Most modern car theft is not forced entry, it is a copied signal. The X-Series ignores the key entirely: until your PIN is entered on the vehicle's existing controls, the engine will not start, however convincing the key looks.

No fob to carry and no tag to lose. The immobiliser arms itself when you leave, and the vehicle will not drive away until your code is entered on the existing infotainment controls.

Will this satisfy my insurer?
Many insurers reduce premiums for an aftermarket immobiliser, though the X-Series is not a tracker and does not replace a Thatcham S5 or S7 requirement. If your policy asks for tracking, pair it with an S5 or choose the S5+.
Does fitting affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Our engineers fit to the vehicle's existing wiring without cutting into the loom, which is why installation is included rather than left to a third party.
Can I move it to my next car?
The immobiliser can be removed and professionally refitted to another compatible vehicle. A fitting charge applies to the new vehicle.
